This is why you will notice our introductory rate is the same as the one we charge our most loyal customers. We are confident that after your first experience of our service, you will hire us again.

No one knows how to solve every problem; not even us. If someone tells you they do, they are selling something. We know how to solve a lot of problems and we can figure out a lot more. However, there will be times when we can't solve it, or it will be too expensive for you to have us do it. In these rare cases, we remain committed to helping our customers find a solution that we can stand behind.

Hourly Rates:
Introductory Rate (first month):	$70
Standard Rate:	$100
After Hours Rate:	$125
Outside Santa Cruz County (additional):	$15

Minimum of one (1) hour per call. After hours calls have a minimum of two (2) hours.

Let's be honest. We like to know where our next paycheck is coming from. If you buy a block of time or hire us for few hours a month, we want to say thanks. Your price is like our stress level: lower.

Once we have your system running at peak performance, you may wish to consider a Maintanence Package to ensure your system stays that way.

Annual Maintenance Packages:
1/2 hour every three months	$150
One hour every three months	$300
One hour every two months	$450
